The Brownsburg Maintenance Team is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. We use this ticketing system as a central point of contact to not only allow you to easily submit a ticket for maintenance and building issues that arise but also to allow you to view, update, and monitor those tickets you have created.

By logging in to the ticketing system you can:

  • Create new tickets
  • Attach documents to tickets
  • Check the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff
  • Add comments or reply to any questions we may have for you
  • Update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you if needed

In order to receive support, please carefully create a new ticket by filling out all fields as accurately as possible. Once your ticket is received we will address it in as quickly as possible.
